James D. Crum
Attorney
James D. Crum concentrates his practice in criminal defense and personal injury matters. Jim’s experience in criminal defense matters includes felony and misdemeanor cases, such as drunken driving, drug possession, and domestic battery defense. He also defends higher-class felonies, such as drug dealing, burglary, and sex offenses. Jim advises clients regarding the new Indiana Second Chance Expungement Law, and when appropriate guides clients through the process to expunge past arrests or convictions. He has defended criminal charges in Hamilton County for the past 25 years.
Jim's civil practice primarily involves representing people injured in auto accidents and attempting to obtain the best possible verdict or settlement to compensate them for their injuries.
