Biography
Jenna concentrates her practice in criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation. She enjoys being in the courtroom and is determined to advocate for her clients. Jenna is a former Marion County deputy prosecuting attorney, specifically from the Special Victims Division. Jenna has significant experience in the courtroom handling both major and minor felonies, as well as misdemeanors. Jenna defends felony and misdemeanor cases, such as drunken driving and drug possession. She also defends higher-class felonies, such as drug dealing and burglary. Jenna advises clients regarding the new Indiana Second Chance Expungement Law, and when appropriate, guides clients through the process to expunge past arrests or convictions.
Jenna represents clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, legal separation, custody, parenting time, child support, paternity, emancipation, post-decree modifications and enforcement (including contempt actions), relocation, education orders, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, protective orders, and restraining orders. Jenna also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem.
