Biography
Jim Crum concentrates his practice on criminal defense and estate planning matters. Jim's experience in criminal defense matters includes felony and misdemeanor cases, such as drunken driving, drug possession, and domestic battery defense. He also defends higher-class felonies, such as drug dealing, burglary, and sex offenses. Jim advises clients regarding the new Indiana Second Chance Expungement Law, and when appropriate guides clients through the process to expunge past arrests or convictions. He has defended criminal charges in Hamilton County for the past 36 years.
Jim also guides clients through estate administration matters and expungement of criminal records.
