Biography
Morgan is a member of Coots, Henke & Wheeler's litigation group, where he focuses his practice on governmental defense, business disputes, and general civil litigation. Morgan worked as a law clerk at Coots, Henke & Wheeler, P.C. in his last year of law school prior to joining full-time upon passing the bar exam. While in law school, Morgan gained experience in various legal internships and externships, including with a Federal Magistrate Judge, the NCAA, a non-profit guardianship organization, and a prosecutor's office.
