Betsy Sommers

Betsy is a member of Coots, Henke & Wheeler's litigation group, where she focuses her practice on premises and general tort liability, governmental defense, real estate disputes, and general civil litigation. Betsy also assists individuals in criminal cases and in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody and parenting time, guardianships, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and protective orders. Betsy is a trained Guardian Ad Litem who represents children's interests in court proceedings. Betsy provides zealous, proactive and efficient advocacy for her clients throughout all phases of the litigation process.
