Biography
Jim Wheeler's practice involves litigating simple and complex disputes, including product and construction litigation. Jim also advises corporate and closely-held companies in all aspects of business and commercial disputes and provides comprehensive legal services for transactions involving all aspects of buying selling and compining businesses and entities. He assists clients with various legal matters including formation, investment structures, succession planning, exit strategies, corporate covernance and contract issues. His experience also includes real estate transactions and real estate development.
